WHAT IS DUPLICATION?
Duplication isn’t training.
Duplication isn’t knowledge.
Duplication is:
- repeatable, simple actions that anyone can copy.
If something is too difficult, it won’t be duplicated.
LEADERS’ BIGGEST MISTAKE
Leaders try to be unique.
- They create their own methods,
- They complicate the system,
- They add too much information.
And then:
- People don’t know what to do.
And no action = no results.
SYSTEM, NOT IMPROVISATION
You have one system:
- Use products,
- talk,
- invite,
- introduce,
- teach the same.
And nothing more.
Don’t add.
No Change.
Repeat.
THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF A NEW PERSON

To start:
- Help build a contact list,
- Show a simple conversation pattern,

Don’t teach everything.
Give only what’s needed now.
Step by step.

LEADER’S ROLE

You don’t do things for people.
Because then you build dependency, not structure.

lead people to the first effect.

Avoid this:
- leaving people alone,
