WHO IS A LEADER?
A leader is not someone who:
- talks the most,
- knows the most,
- gives the best presentations.
A leader is a person who creates results with other people.
That’s the whole point.
If you work alone, you have income.
If you build people, you have business.
CHANGE YOUR MINDSET
At first, most people think like this:
- I have to sell,
- I have to convince,
- I have to manage everything myself.
It doesn’t work.
That’s thinking employee.
A leader thinks differently:
- how to simplify it,
- how to demonstrate it to others,
- how to get someone to repeat it.
You don’t do everything yourself.
You create a system that does it for you. You.
LAW OF EXAMPLE
Remember this.
People don’t do what you tell them to do.
People do what they see.
If you:
- don’t act,
- don’t use products,
- You have no consequences.
Your team won’t either.
But if you:
- act every day,
- are calm,
- do your job.
This is starting to copy.
This is duplication at the behavioral level.
LEADER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Your role is not to:
- pull people together,
- persuade them by force,
- do the work for them. everyone.
Your role is:
- to show direction,
- to simplify activities,
- to create an environment.
And now the important thing:
You are not responsible for what anyone does.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone understands what they are supposed to do.
ENERGY AND STATE
This is a level most people don’t see.
Your team doesn’t copy your words.
Your team is copying your state.
If you are:
- Tense,
- Desperate,
- Focused only on results.
People feel it.
And They withdraw.
If you are:
- calm,
- confident,
- established.
People want to be close.
And they want to do what you do.
THE BIGGEST MISTAKES
Most common mistakes at the start:
- waiting until I’m ready,
- gathering knowledge without taking action,
- making simple things complicated,
- comparing yourself to others.
The truth is simple:
You don’t have to be ready.
You have to start.
A SIMPLE DEFINITION OF A LEADER
A leader is someone who:
- acts,
- simplifies,
- duplicates.
And he does it consistently.
No emotional upheavals.
No chaos.
MENTAL SHIFT
Most important.
Stop thinking of yourself as someone who:
“is trying MLM.”
Start thinking of yourself as someone who:
builds structure.
This changes everything:
- way of speaking,
- way of acting,
- way of making decisions.
CLOSE
You’re not building a business.
You’re building people.
And they build a business with you.
This is the only way.

- Am I simplifying or complicating?
